Memberships (maintenance agreements) bring customers back on a schedule.
- Create a plan: price per billing period, billing period in months, visits per year, member discount and what the visit includes.
- Add members with the customer, address, start date, next visit and next bill date.
Every hour Service Portal creates the visit jobs that are due and bills memberships that are due with an ERP invoice (run as the company owner). Use Create visit to make a visit job early. When a visit job is completed, the next visit date moves forward.
