Give customers choices on any job.
- Open the job and find Good / better / best options.
- Fill in Good, Better and Best, each with a title, description and lines from the pricebook.
- Click Save options, then Create ERP estimates. Each option becomes an ERP estimate and is emailed to the customer.
- The customer picks an option on their customer page, or the technician picks it in the app. The chosen option becomes the job’s work.
The reports show your option close rate.
